The range
Five tools, one file service
Prices are ex VAT and include the training. Slave versions are the ones most new dealers buy: cheaper, simpler, and our finished file comes back ready to write.
Honest answer: for most UK garages doing Stage 1, gearbox and delete work over OBD, Autotuner. If you want bench and boot coverage across bikes, trucks and marine, KESS3. If you already know you want deep bench work and diagnostics, CMD. Flex sits in between with the widest car coverage.

Best for
The tool we recommend to most new dealers: one payment, wide coverage, and no renewal to remember.
Our choice for dealers who want the widest coverage and plan to add bench and boot work.
For established dealers who do a lot of bench work and want the diagnostic suite in the same box.
For dealers who tune more than cars: the coverage across bikes, marine, agricultural and trucks is unmatched.
Whichever tool you choose, add a GYS battery support unit. A voltage drop during a write can leave an ECU with half a file in it, and the £815 unit is cheaper than the first ECU it saves.
Slave or master
Do I need a master tool?
Slave tool
Reads and writes files encrypted to one file supplier, us. Simpler, cheaper, and the file that comes back is ready to write. You never touch a map. This is what most new dealers buy and most never need more.
Master tool
Gives you the decrypted file so you can edit it yourself, or send it to any supplier. Costs more and needs WinOLS or similar to be useful. Right for tuners who write their own maps or want a second supplier.
Either way
Our file service supports both. Slave reads get slave files; master reads get master files with the original alongside. Free training is included with every tool we sell.

Questions
Tuning tool questions
Which tuning tool should a new dealer buy?
For a UK garage adding remaps to servicing and repairs, Autotuner: one payment, no subscription, wide OBD coverage and the simplest software. Tell us what you drive into the workshop most and we will say if another tool fits better.
Is training really free?
Yes. Every tool we sell includes training, on site in Maidstone or over a call, and we run refreshers as protocols change. Most dealers write their first file the day the tool arrives.
Do I need a subscription?
Autotuner has none. Flex and CMD include the first year with a new tool. KESS3 runs an annual subscription and sells protocols in groups, so you buy the coverage you need.
Can I buy a tool and use another file supplier?
With a master tool, yes. A slave tool is locked to one supplier, which is why it is cheaper. Either way our file service is there when you want it, with no contract.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, on request. Prices are ex VAT; non-UK businesses with a valid VAT number are not charged UK VAT. Tell us the country and we quote the shipping.
Do you offer finance?
Klarna is available at checkout on the tools we sell online. Ask about trade terms for a full package.
Technicians, calibrators and the front desk, all in Maidstone. No call centre and no subcontracting - the person who books you in is the person you can ask about the job.
